DIRECTOR

Surveyor Lim Swee Meng holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Building Surveying and M.Sc. Project Management from University of Malaya, Malaysia. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) UK and a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

He worked with Developer firms, Pamir Development Sdn. Bhd and Sunrise Berhad in Malaysia after his graduation from Year 2006 to 2008, involved in supervision and coordinating of construction works, project handover, technical inspection and rectification works, etc.

He relocated his career to Singapore in 2009 and began working as a Building Surveyor at Building Appraisal Pte. Ltd. During his 13 years tenure, he has been involved in project management of MCST Repair & Redecoration (R&R) project, maintenance management inspection, pre-construction condition survey, building defects inspection, building quality control (CONQUAS), external façade (curtain walling & cladding) inspection, property damage and building condition survey.

He has more than 18 years of extensive experience in the building surveying and project management and has participated in the following projects:
