Project Management of Repairs & Redecoration (R&R) or Repair & Repainting works (MCST) by Professional Chartered Building Surveyor from P-CON Building Surveyors Pte Ltd comprise of<\/p>

  1. To prepare specifications for the proposed R&R works and all tender documentation including technical specifications, schedule of works and other relevant documents in accordance with Client\u2019s requirements.

    <\/li>
  2. Setting up a tender Invitation for contractors on behalf of the Client, evaluate the tenders and providing the client with professional advice.

    <\/li>
  3. To issue Letter of Award and prepare Contract Documents as necessary and arrange for the commencement of works.

    <\/li>
  4. Provide the contractor with all information necessary for the completion of the contract in accordance with the Contract Documents, including weekly or biweekly supervision and monitoring of the R&R work progress on site.

  5. To hold site meetings with all relevant parties in attendance, and issuing minutes of each meeting so as to monitor the progress of works on site, and to address site-specific issues.

  6. Issuing of relevant interim payment certificates, final account and certificate of completion. Acknowledge the project\u2019s completion on the client\u2019s behalf, prepare and\/ or review the final account, provide advice regarding any defects and liability for R&R works as per the terms of the contracts, ensure that any defects are corrected, and issue the final account.
